Question: My girlfriends and I have broken up, and I would like to find another girlfriend in the lifestyle.

Dear Lounge Advice,

I have been in and out of the lifestyle for two years. I sure you have seen me and my ex-girlfriend in the clubs sometimes. I really like the lifestyle, the people, the freedom, the dancing etc....but we have broken up and not over the lifestyle. I want to meet some women who would like to be in the lifestyle too. I don't want to be a so called towel shark.....do you have any suggestions. Thanks Steven

Dear (Anonymous),

This is a very common question that is asked of us... as you know.. most of the single women who go to the clubs are more interested in meeting females than males.... and its an uphill struggle.

To be honest, we feel that you should first find a woman and start a relationship with them and not be so concerned about whether she is into the lifestyle or not. Then you can build some trust between you so this is something you can share in with her...

That is the problem we feel with being a single guy in the lifestyle.. not all of them.. but to some of them this is simply all about having sex.. period.. end of story... and sure wouldnt it be nice to meet someone who would allow you to have sex with others...

But the truth is that the lifestyle is something that evolves into a relationship based on caring and trust... which in many situations takes time to build... hell we were married for 6 years before we even thought about doing this !!

To us this is something that we enjoy together to enrich our lives and the trust and understanding necessary to do what we do takes time to build...

It seems that you are looking for a shortcut.. and the truth is... if you find one you are just cheating yourselves.

Wish we could be of more help !
