Question: How to overcome the single male stereotype

Dear Lounge Advice

I want to know how as a single gentlemen I can get over the stereotype of every couple and even some singles thinking that were all jerks because of the way another guy acted.

Sincerely,

(Anonymous)

Dear (Anonymous),

Prove yourself. You can only do this via constant interaction in all aspects. Get involved in chat and forum. If you are an honest to goodness gentleman, this will be conveyed. Be patient though, as this process takes time. However, if you are persistent, it will pay off. Make sure that you don't come across as just seeking sex. It's always obvious when someone has these intentions, whether they are stated or not.
My husband was a single male on a swinger's site when I met him.
It was through these very methods I just outlined to you that caught my eye.
His interactions were non-assuming, witty and polite. He could care less if he hooked up. Ironically, it was that very mindset that made him the most sought after single male on the site, hands-down.
