Question: Guilty about playing with other men

Dear Lounge Advice,

I am a new single female and i have been playing with a single male for almost 2 months we have a great bond when we play the chemistry is great the passion also we love being together althought he plays and goes out on his own b/c we are just friends but i am going on a date next week with a friend of his but i have not told him yet b/c we have not seen eachother ...why do i feel guilty ? i just don't want him to change with me ? i am so confused lol please advise me and help me i just don't want my lover or friend to change with me i like him to much ... i want him to stay as sweet as he always is with me but i am going to tell him this week about my date.

Dear (Anonymous),

I'm sure you've told him by now, but here's some advice for the future.
If you're not dating him exclusively, and you both know this, there's no need to feel guilty.
He plays on his own, so you should too. If he has a problem with you doing this, then that's a big red flag.
He's not your boyfriend, so feel comfortable branching out without carrying the guilt along for the ride. There is really no need to feel this way.
