Dear (Anonymous), You don't necessarily have to say anything at all. They may not be comfortable being approached in public by a fellow lifestyler. Even if this person does seem okay with being approached, you don't have to. If I was trying to shed some extra pounds, I would probably lay low and focus on going about my business.
