Dear Lounge Advice, We now understand why some couples do NOT have photos with their profiles. We have a local bar (vanilla) where we like to hang out occasionally to have non-lifestyle fun. Today we were asked by a friend we know from the bar if we were "swingers". We were then told that another couple that frequents the bar told other patrons that we were swingers. We do not know either the couple who divulged the information or the people the information was given to. As the couple never introduced themselves we do not know if they recognized us from our LL profile or if they had seen us at one of the "events" we attended. Regardless, it showed a total lack of courtesy, integrity, civility or LIFESTYLE ETIQUETTE to offer this information to strangers without our consent. We feel violated and it makes us wonder about how much we truely "respect" one another within the lifestyle. Thank you for letting us vent. Sincerely, (Anonymous)

Dear (Anonymous), I agree. That was an idiotic tactic and very disrespectful. I'm sorry this happened to you. I'll post this for everyone to see so perhaps it can help someone else.
