Question: Our e-mail was posted in the forums

Dear Lounge Advice,

We received an email from an interracial couple saying they would like to get to know us. We responded truthfully and respectfully saying that we are new and have not been with an interracial couple before and we were not ready for that just yet. Also we said that we may see them around sometime.
They posted our private response word for word on an open forum for everyone to see. We are not sure what to do about this. We feel that it was a violation of our privacy between us and them (although our names were not used).
I also want to add that we did not respond right away. We took a few days to think of a respectful way of saying, not right now. While we waited, they sent us another email stating they knew where some house parties were. Thus, we sent them that response.
Any advice on how to handle this situation?

Dear (Anonymous),

Simple: Let them know that what they did isn't appreciated.
