Dear Lounge Advice, I am pretty young (in my early 20s), and though I am younger then most of the members of this site I am still very active in the lifestyle. But I feel that many women and couples don't take me seriously because they think I am young and immature. Dear (Anonymous), I started out at age 19 in this lifestyle and had the same problem. The only sure way to overcome this is to act mature, always, be respectful, and your reputation will build. You can't help those who automatically discount you due to age. Some people just prefer certain age brackets. But for those who are open to your age group, just build a name for yourself by acting like a mature, responsible individual. This takes time- It took me a few years to overcome this. But it can be done if you are willing to prove yourself.
