Question: New single male needs advice
Dear Lounge Advice,
I became a member thinking to hook up with people. But here it looks like nobody is interested in single male. If there is a party - it is for females/couple..Nothing for single male?
Do single male bite?
If you are a new single male to the lifestyle...you need to be very realistic about what you expect out of the lifestyle.
While single males are certainly welcome in the lifestyle...you have to understand that the lifestyle generally involves couples meeting other couples.
Usually couples/singles that are activly seeking single males will contact you if there is interest.
That is not to say that you should not attempt to contact anyone...but rather be respectful...read the profile descriptive areas carefully....and be prepared to hear "No Thanks" and "Sorry..not interested" a few times before you get some postive feed back.
It could possibly take weeks or perhaps months for you to gain the trust of other members in the lifestyle community...and word does tend to get around if you are a gentleman or not.
The best advice to offer the best results for single males in the lifestyle is to be honest, patient and classy to others at all times.....and individually in your own personal presentation.
There are some couples/singles that are "game" for anything...anytime ...with singles/couples/
If you are just looking to "get laid" with out dating...then you may want to seek those individuals out...and they usually advertise that fact pretty openly in their profiles.
But again...that is not always....a guarantee.
It is a very commen misconception with newer single males to the lifestyle ...that every person/couple on a lifestyle site is "easy" or "guaranteed sex" if you meet for a date.
The reality is that the lifestyle is generally more about "friends with benifits".
If you approach it from that angle...you will probably be more accepted more than rejected.
There are parties for everyone... couples only, couples and single females and parties open to single males.
