Question: I tried ordering a subscription, but it keeps declining me. Why?
Answer:  We have our approval process set to high security. Basically that means that all of your check information has to match exactly what is on record with your financial institution. If your phone number, mailing address or anything else doesn't match, or even if you have a typo, your payment will be rejected.

It doesn't mean that your check is bad, or we are declining you. It is just an automated system looking for specific information.
