I have just upgraded my membership, but it hasn't taken effect yet. Why not?
Occasionally a subscription order is placed, but an error somewhere along the line may prevent your order from being applied to your account.
If this happens, please don't place your order again. If you already have ordered two or more times, we will naturally refund you for any duplicate orders.
Simply send an email to email@example.com. Will will promptly correct any billing errors.
