That's going to be this Dynasty's headlines next summer. Kobe is scheduled to make $30 million...Gasol $19 million. Because of this...the Lakers will owe $115 MILLION on the luxury tax. Unless of course Kobe signs for the $3.1 million exception.
Welcome to the new NBA...Gasol WILL be traded (one year left on contract) and Kobe will A) Retire a lakers, B) Be waived or take way less to stay in LA.
