   I am just getting back to the gym after a serious (pregnancy related) illness that caused severe muscle wasting and killed my metabolism and 2 major knee surgeries that took almost 10 months to recover from. Now that my health is back after a long 2 years I'm ready to get back to where I was but would like to make sure that I am maximizing my results.

My eating is very clean, I drink 100oz of water daily and am doing 45 minutes of cardio with my heart rate staying between 70 and 85% of the max for my age. I am doing 45 minutes of weight training focusing on my legs and torso mainly, with some arms and shoulders. I am limited on what I can do because my right leg is very, very weak in comparison to my left leg because of the surgery and I am unable to kneel on my right leg at all. I'm trying to get my right leg to catch up with my left leg but it has been a very slow and painful process. Any suggestions?
