What is your daily workout and nutritional regimen?

From morning to evening?

I have a high metabolism. I can pretty much eat what I want and not gain a pound and don't need to work out much to stay slim. However I won't look like this forever and know that maintaining my figure not only consists of working out but also eating right. I am doing what I can to gain muscle definition so I work out on Sundays because it is the only day I have off. My ME time is for me to unwind and recharge. I have two jobs therefore working out during the weekdays and weeknights are extremely difficult. I'm overwhelmed and at times, completely out of energy.

What can I do or eat so that I don't feel like I've been run over by a mack truck when I wake up to go to work?

This is my usual nutritional regimen. I change it up once in awhile.

2 cups of coffee
2 eggs sunny side up
Toast with light butter
[or] cereal with soy milk
[or] 2 bacon strips

Chicken sandwich on wheat bread
Brown rice

Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
[or] Kit Kat
[or] anything chocolate

Brown rice
[or] wheat pasta with marinara sauce
[or] breaded fish
[or] well done steak
[or] pan fried noodles
Pink lemonade

Late night:
Bowl of ice cream

Workout on Sundays:
free weights at home
