I've started doing these Spin Classes at the gym & I felt great because it was something new, challenged my body, & all that. I sweat like a mad pig (real attractive, right?) & my heart stays well above my target range. Well, I've noticed that my jeans fit just a lil bit tighter in the thigh area & my butt does seem to fill them out more now (no complaints about the butt). I had what I call "thick" legs when I was younger. I want them toned now, not bulky. Can I do something different so my legs don't bulk up or do I need stop Spinning. I really enjoy it.
Running usually leans me out, but I want variety...
