Two years ago, before I had one of the worst surgeries a person could have, I had a nice 6 pack. The surgery basically ripped by stomach apart and parts were moved around or removed. I lost my 6 but my stomach remained flat and presentable. I was not able to do abs until recently. I know about nutrition and cardio and the like but was told that because of my surgery that I may not be able to get the 6 back. Does anyone know if this is true or not?
I know what it takes to get a 6 and I know that core work is essential so I don't need to know how to get a 6 but want to know if because of my surgery, will I be able to get the 6 back.
