Girls: working out and GAINING weight? |

I have been working out with a trainer (weights, intervals, ect) for close to a month now. I go 75 minutes 3 times a week. I was somewhat expecting to not lose much weight...or maybe even gain a pound or 2. BUT....never did I plan that I would put on 6 pounds in less than a month. I now weigh more than I have in years and am getting a little panicy. (I thought I was over my obsession with the scale...but it is coming back) My clothes are not getting tighter...and I eat very healthy (most of the time!). My plan was to LOSE 3-5 pounds and tone up a bit before our November cruise....NOT to put on weight!!!! Any thoughts?
