   Hi everyone!  Anyone have information on treadmill running for fat loss?

I prefer working out indoors but want to sure I am getting the most out of my cardio on the treadmill.  I have read that you should do it at a slight incline since running on a treadmill is equal to running downhill because of the assisted turnover.

I run at an incline of 3 and a speed of 5 to 6 for 30 to 45 min.  I do this 3-4 times per week (in addition to light weights, yoga, Pilates).  I don't need to lose alot of weight just stay slender and healthy. 

FYI - I am NOT a fan of HITT - did it for years and it just made my legs bulkier and added to my high blood pressure.

Any suggestions on making the most of treadmill running for fat loss?
