If you want to break through your plateau then you have to give your body something different. Switch programs every 8-12 weeks. Heavy, light, power lifting, or Olympic lifting. Body weight only. Push ups, dips, pull ups, chin ups, abs, running. There are a myriad of choices. You want turn burn calories, short burst of high intensity movement, bulk up, lots of barbell and dumbell work. Get off the machines, focus on major muscle groups, supplements. Raise protein consumption. Personal trainer, etc, etc, etc...
Reaching a plateau and not changing for several years, means you are doing the same thing and no longer seeing results.
