Lori is at the doctors office and tells the doctor that she has a question but she is really embarrassed to ask the question. The doctor tells her that he has been her gyno for 10 years and there is no question that she could ask that should embarrass  her. Lori counters that this is not just an ordinary question and she is fearful of what the doctor will think about her. The doctor tells her he has been asked everything in his career and never thought bad of anyone. Lori relents and asks, "can you get pregnant from having anal sex?" The doctor looks at her in amazement and says, "of course you can, where do you think all of the attorneys come from"?
