My hubby travels frequently, sometimes for extended periods of time.  There are times if the locale is intriguing or fun, I will go with.  Usually he goes alone.  As we are fairly new to the Lifestyle some advice on meeting other couples on the road would be great.
My question is really two parts:

How best to go about meeting other couples at that destination when we are together?
Also, if I gave him a hall pass for some trips when he goes alone, is this difficult to arrange when the spouse is not with him?  (Seeing as his entry into clubs or events is limited.)

Any recommendations would be appreciated :)
