Wheres the font/spell check/etc when writing posts/emails? |

Lately I've noticed that the guide that has the font, spell checker, insert link etc is gone when I write either posts and emails. Was it intentionally removed or is it only on my end?
I've also noticed that my emails are all one long paragraph and the site isnt recognizing the enter or any separation in any email or post. Again, is it my end?
To get this post to come out correctly I've had to add the < BR > command at the end of every paragraph so that it comes out correctly.
