Ok so last weekend 1:30 am my teenage daughter took my car to McDonald's forgot turn on head light ( how did she see , I don't know) but got pulled over she has NO Drivers Lic and so they decide to have my car towed, then calls me to pick her up . when i get there tell me it's $475 to get my car back. So I can go to court fight to get my fees back , I think they could of asked me to pick my car up before having it towed. I had no clue my car was even stolen. Anyone know the law do I have a chance to even get my money . And the only ticket they gave her was no lights.
