Has LL considered having a separate customer service function to deal with us pesky customers who have issues that might require assistance of a customer service nature as opposed to of a technical or administrative nature?

I have seen many instances of folks getting more riled up at the service that they have received moreso than at the actual issue itself.

In my own business we have a separate service email address that is manned by customer service professionals who not only have familiarity with our business but also have training in delivering excellent customer service. These are people who are not a part of the delivery of the service but are responsible for customer satisfaction and responding to people in a proper manner..

Would love to hear thoughts of others and a perspective from Admin as well.
