I'm leaving out of town for a few weeks and want to cancel my auto-renew on March 6th (I'll renew my subscription when I get back into town) but upon cancelling, in the "looking up subscription" step, I received this error message saying I needed to contact admin. ??

I just wrote admin a message, but wondered if there's a second way to cancel the auto-renew so my profile is "complimentary" status until I get back into town. - Thanks.
