Is it necessary to tell my gynecologist that I'm in the lifestyle? Some background:

I've been diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis by our family doctor and was given Metrogel for it. I used it as directed and about four days after I was done with it's course I had to see my gynecologist because it had returned. She did a wet mount and a urine test and this time I had a bladder infection, yeast infection (which I had no symptoms for), and bacterial vaginosis. She gave me Cipro for the bladder infection and BV and a Diflucan pill for the yeast infection. The bladder infection is gone, but it seems like something is going on again, again, only a few days after I finished my prescriptions. She did give me a cream to take for the BV if I noticed the symptoms again (she said BV is something that has to be chased over and over), and a refill of the Diflucan if I needed that as well. Is it necessary to tell her that I'm not monogamous since this seems to be an ongoing problem? We always play with condoms, however, I did have one break during playtime once. He did not cum inside me, however, there is the pre-cum issue.

What do you recommend?
