   Iíve been a real work out craze, 6 days a week, weights for 45 mins, and then cardio, Iíve went from 196 to 192, just four freaking lbs Iíve lost in 6 weeks. Iíve added muscle, I can tell in my arms and shoulders and chest and back. I need to loss some of the body fat, Iíve put on over the years. 45 years old. FYI I really very low fat diet the past 6 weeks, I eat about 1400 to 1800 calories a day. I feel great and Iíve very motivated to lose this spare tire, for the summerÖ Iíve been on the Protein Supplements for the past 6 weeks, Iíve taking it in the Am and then after my workout before bed timeÖ Any ideas, on dropping the lbs, and thinning myself out and toning up.. Or do I just keep working on this and expect some noticeable results in 3 or more months.. I would like to get down to 175 lbs, in a year from now..
