I won't go to a pain management clinic because I prefer not to become a drug addict or rely on a temporary fix (steroid injections) which will lead to later, worse problems like degenerative discs, which I currently have a few degenerating ones anyhow----one of which is in my neck and causing frozen shoulder and loss of use of my entire right arm for the last few months and right hand has been almost completely numb for two weeks. I also have arthritis in my upper back. I do massage once a week, get Acupuncture, and work out everyday to make my life as tolerable as I can, but things have gotten so bad.There are bulging discs in other places and sublaxtions (spelling?) in other parts of my back which has made for great "fun" and constant, horrendous pain...

I can't get insurance that will cover me at all or ones that cover pre existing are so expensive that I just can't make it happen, especially seeing as all these physical limitations have affected my work in ways you can't possibly imagine. . I don't know what to do anymore. I'm at my wits end. Suggestions?
