Answer:	A short code is the code our system recognizes as a command identifier. The primary short code for LL Text messaging is LL We also have an alternate short code LOUNGE. This code is longer than LL, but easier to type on certain cell phones or PDA devices. You can use each short code interchangeably. See also: What are the short code commands?
