Doc, if you're going to say this, " It also makes sense to eat a healthy diet and avoid foods that are associated with heart disease (foods high in cholesterol and fat), it's only fair to qualify that with the fact that "high cholesterol foods" don't impact one's lipid profiles near as much as genetics. In fact, there is is a lot of research out there that says high cholesterol foods have nothing to do with your lipid profile.
And saturated fat is a key nutrient for men in order to maintain a healthy hormonal profile, i.e., natural testosterone levels. And believe me, testosterone levels have everything in the world to do with a healthy, performing penis. Saturated fat is not a "bad guy'.
