Get this.
I had my annual physical today, you know, where the Dr lubes up and does some ass fishing?
Well all that went fine and dandy, thank you very much.
All my tests were normal and good.
The Dr. DID say he would like to see me gain 5 or 10 more pounds.
I am 6'3" tall and have always weighed 200 or 202. Right now I weigh 189.
I am not ripped by any means, but I do have decent definition.
I do not go to the gym because my job is physical and I am too damn tired to go to the gym.
I do walk and hike often, so I do get plenty of exercise.
I eat good. Lots of veggies and salads, probably should eat more fruit.
I do love my big juicy bacon cheeseburger and or pizza from time to time.
So my question is.
How do I gain 5 or 10 lbs and do it healthy.
I certainly do not need 5 or 10 lbs of extra fat. I would like to have 5 or 10 lbs of extra muscle.
Do I have to hit the gym?
Eat more taco bell?
